The Booking date is the date on which the booking was made. The Activity date is the date on which your booking will take place. The Fixed date is the date 28 days before the booking date after which your booking cannot be further altered. The Payment date is 14 days before the Activity date, by which time your bookng must be paid in Full.
Payments should be made via online banking direct to our bank [Account No] 21280463 [Sort Code] 80 22 60 quoting your booking reference. You will be sent a reminder 6 weeks after your booking date and 5 weeks before your activity date. Please ensure you make any final adjustments and pay IN FULL within 6 days of the final reminder to ensure your payment reaches our bank account in time to avoid unnecessary cancelation.
Your bookings must be paid IN FULL 14 days prior to the activity date. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancelation of your booking.
You can amend your booking at any time up to 28 days prior to your activity date. At this time your booking becomes fixed and cannot be altered other than as detailed under cancelations below. To amend your booking log on to our booking system and make the necessary amendments or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must ensure sufficient time is available to allow your amendment to be processed and payment received before the 14 day payment date.
Longcraig reserves the right to alter or amend your booking to match staff availability and/or prevailing conditions. If this happens we will offer alternative activities or dates or a full refund.
You can cancel your booking at any time before the Fixed date. If you have to cancel or reduce numbers after this date, you will remain liable for the Full cost of your booking as invoiced. In the event that Longcraig becomes unable to continue with your booking, we will advise you of this as soon as we can. All communication relating to this booking will be sent by email to the contact given on your booking form.
