When you make a booking we check that it is likely that we will be able to accommodate your requirements. At this point we try to allocate staff to  the booking, but as all our staff are volunteers, sometimes it becomes necessary to alter or even cancel at a later date.

We may also cancel your booking if it looks like the weather will make for unsafe conditions.

We never do this lightly and will en-devour to let you know as soon as it becomes clear we have a problem.

If we cancel your booking you will receive a full refund. Please be assured that this is only ever done on the grounds of safety and as a very last resort.
