What Happens After You Book
When you make a booking we check that it is likely that we will be able to accommodate your requirements. At this point we try to allocate staff to the booking, but as all our staff are volunteers, sometimes it becomes necessary to alter or even cancel at a later date. We never do this lightly and will en-devour to let you know as soon as it becomes clear we have a problem. If we think your booking is viable we will issue an initial invoice. You need to pay this invoice within 14 days of you booking date. You can alter numbers up or down at any time up to 28 days before your booking date ( certain restrictions apply, min/max numbers and to specific marketing offers ). Once this 28 day milestone is reached your booking becomes fixed and cannot be further altered. If you cancel after this time you will be charged a 10% administration fee, and may remain liable for the full cost of your booking if we are unable to resell your places.
If we cancel your booking you will receive a full refund. Please be assured that this is only ever done on the grounds of safety and as a very last resort.

What Happens On The Day
Please arrive at the centre on time. We try to start promptly at 19:00 on weekdays, but weekend sessions can be a bit more relaxed, especially if you are down for the whole day. AM sessions start at 10:00 and PM at 14:00. Each session lasts 2 hours and during this time you will meet your activity leader, learn what you need to know to take part, help prepare your craft. At the end of the activity you will be returned to the pier. Sessions usually end around 21:00 for evenings and 12:00 or 16:00 at weekends. These times are approximate since it can take anything between 20 to 45 minutes to get participants back to the centre and changed. We usually try to be all squared away by around 22:00 on evenings and 13:00 or 17:00 at weekends.
