Change you booking
You can change your booking at any time up to 4 weeks before the activity date. Your booking will become fixed at this point and cannot be changed. If required an adjusted invoice will be sent and any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the activity date. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
To alter or cancel your booking, send a email to bookings@longcraig.com to let us know.
Your booking confirmation contains a Mange your Booking link which will take you to the login page.
Or you can use the Log In button on the booking page.
You can cancel your booking or change your details. If you want to increase your numbers we may need to release more places. To get this done please email bookings@longcraig.com
