Change you booking
You can change your booking at any time up to 4 weeks before the activity date. Your booking will become fixed at this point and cannot be changed. If required an adjusted invoice will be sent and any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the activity date. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
To alter or cancel your booking, you must have a Longcraig booking account and use it to Log In to the booking system. Once logged in you can access your profile to make changes to your bookings.
Your booking confirmation contains a Mange your Booking link which will take you to the login page.
