Make a payment

After you have made your booking you do not need to pay until after you receive your invoice. Your invoice will be sent when we are reasonably sure that your booking can go ahead. When you receive your invoice you need to make sure it is paid 14 days before your activity date.

Please make a payment using online banking direct to our bank account. Please ensure that you reference your Booking ID so that we can apply your payment to your booking.

We can no longer accept payments by cheque or cash.

It would help us ensure your payment is dealt with promptly if you could send an email to bookings@longcraig.com to let us know you have made a payment. Make sure your email contains your booking reference and the amount you have paid. If you receive a cancelation notice shortly after paying, it just because your payment has not been attributed to your booking in time. Please let us know and we will reinstate your booking.
